All statements must emphasize the Party's cohesiveness and the Party's political line. No one should criticize the Party, its leadership and office bearers thereby creating dissention in the Party nor make public pronouncements, or act contrary to the decisions of the Working Committee. All should act in accordance with the directions of the Working Committee.
